This is how I quit smoking, dipping, drinking, porn, etc. It WORKS. You cant say "No" all the time. So avoid being in a mental state where the question comes up.
Failure looks like this:
Base Appetites of the Flesh: Hey wanna smoke a cig/jerk off/eat some chips?
Me sitting in front of tv: Uh nah.
BAF: how bout now?
BAF: cmon you aint doing shit, whats the harm? You can restart your streak next week.
Me: I really s-shouldnt...
BAF: Aw cmon. Why even put yourself through this? Its pointless. Is it REALLY that important? Plenty of people do it... You dont have anything better to do...
Me: uh... uh.... uhhhhh...
