What is National Socialism?
National Socialism is the product of over a century of political and social thought cultivated in Germanic nations, popularized and first put into action by its foremost proponent, German Führer (Leader) and Chancellor Adolf Hitler.
It represents the most sound means of assuring the survival and advancement of our race.
National Socialism was at first a political outlook adopted in several European nations, but evolved quickly into a pan-European vision.
Adolf Hitler summarized the worldview in Mein Kampf:
"For me and all true National Socialists there is but one doctrine: people and
What we must fight for is to safeguard the existence and reproduction of our
race and our people, the sustenance of our children and the purity of our blood,
the freedom and independence of the fatherland . . .
Every thought and every idea, every doctrine and all knowledge, must serve this
purpose. And everything must be examined from this point of view and used or
rejected according to its utility. Then no theory will stiffen into a dead doctrine,
since it is life alone that all things must serve."
National Socialism and communism are Weltanschauungen (world concepts).
The two are diametrically opposed to one another, whereas one seeks universal egalitarianism and therefore destruction of all things, National Socialism seeks to embrace the uniqueness of Mankind. National Socialists seek to not erase but actually enrich their countries and cultures by nourishing its Volk.
Hitler knew that in order to oppose communism another equally as bold word concept must manifest itself and make equally bold claims upon Mankind's destiny.
ϟϟ For those of you who are looking to get ready for action, here is some training advice ϟϟ
We recommend developing explosive strength first, in order to strengthen mitochondria and fast-twitch fibers. Power training has the benefit of greatly improving strength and Aerobic Power almost as much as endurance training, it is the ideal form of training for combat.
We recommend three main exercises:
Jog-Sprint intervals. It is extremely hard to hit a sprinting target and it is hard to catch a fast runner who does not get tired easily after going full speed. Do not do this in the street, use a football field. Ideally, do it on the trails, uphill if possible.
Kettlebell Swings. Ideal to build the upper body strength necessary to handle weapons properly. Adjust the weight and the amount of reps according to your current level, be very careful. Make sure your form is correct, use YouTube.
Explosive Push-Ups. Good for hand-to-hand combat. Do them slowly on the way down and then explode as fast as you can, keep good form.
3 minutes between sets of the same muscle group is a good amount of rest, more is better. Increasing rest times also has the very important effect of reducing injury rates. Do the kettlebell swings barefoot if possible.
You need to allow sufficient time between sets to get the full benefit of the exercise and to minimize soreness. If you take a set too far or if you rush back into the next set, lactic acid builds up. Acid inhibits all three energy systems. Too much pain will result in insufficient gains. Train to 70-80% of capacity and then rest.
Also, we recommend that you transition to nose breathing (in and out) during training. Nose breathing produces more efficient oxygenation. Slower breathing gives extra time for oxygen to diffuse into the bloodstream, as air is pulled deeper into the lungs and stays there longer. The body adapts to nasal breathing by developing an increased tolerance to changes in blood Co2, increasing stamina and recovery.
Supplement your training with low intensity exercises such as : Yoga, Hiking, Biking, Walking etc. When you are more tired than usual, take a few days off. Don’t burn yourself out, be careful. Meditation is also a form of training. It is preferable to train your mind than damage your body more than you can repair. Avoid over-training at all costs. Get plenty of sleep, don’t miss an hour, go to bed early. Drink a lot of water, especially on warm days and only spring water (filtered is not good enough). Stretch often and use foam rollers and other self-massaging tools. If you have access to a sauna, use it everyday. Take ice baths, or at least cool water baths. Practice nofap intermittently, preserve your testosterone. Eat a lot of bio vegetables and fruits, avoid processed food and excessive carbs. Do not use steroids, intermittent no-fap will give you the same testosterone advantage without damaging you, always put your health first. Read up on physical training methods, experiment and learn about yourself, be a good self-coach. Hire a trainer to make sure your form is ok if necessary, don’t get injured with bad movement.
Look into starting a martial art, preferably Judo or Sambo.
